Powder Ombré Brows
Powder ombré brows (also known as powder brow tattoo or shaded brows) is a semi-permanent make-up procedure for eyebrow enhancement in which the artist inserts PMU pigments into the top layers of the skin with a tattoo machine designed using the dotting technique, or pixelization.
As a result, a powdery eyebrow effect is achieved, and misty, powdered brows are created.
The whole procedure is a two-step process, and it consists of the initial insertion of the pigment and the touch-up that takes place 6 – 8 weeks after the initial procedure.
Powder brows create the desired fullness of your eyebrows in a bespoke arch shape that best suits your facial features and brings out your natural beauty.

How is the Powder Ombré different from microblading?
Powder Ombré Brows and Microbladed Brows are two different techniques. Unlike Powder Ombré, Microblading is used with a small blade to create hair like strokes. Microblading is more invasive than Ombré brows and can be considered a surgical procedure as the blade has to be going deeper into the epidermis to ensure the pigment will stay. Many clients prefer Powder Ombré brows for its natural approach to appear more dense and defined.
How long does Powder Ombré last?
Powder Ombré brows last up to two years depending on aftercare. Even though aftercare is extremely minimal you will still have to wear a SPF to protect your brows from premature fading. Also, clients should be avoiding exfoliants around the brow area (AHA/BHA ETC). Jas also recommends getting your brows professionally cleaned up every so often which will make the brow reappear darker and redefined (powder ombré clean up service).

Jas does NOT preform the Powder Ombré services on the following: under 18 years of age, diabetic, pregnant or breastfeeding, use of blood thinners, Accutane, Psoriasis, Eczema near the eyebrow area, viral infections/ diseases, Chemotherapy Treatment OR
people with Epilepsy to ensure everyones safety.
Clients are often curious if they can get the cosmetic tattoo with lack or lots of brow hair. Jas DOES preform the service on clients with thick brows, thin brows, sparse brows, no brows, unsymmetrical brows and cover ups of old work. Please send Jas pictures of the current state of your brows if you are unsure if this is the right service for you!

How long is the appointment & what should I do to prepare?
The appointment takes MAX, up to two hours where your included follow up appointment will be 45 minutes to 1 hour. Before your appointment please avoid all blood thinning pain killers, alcohol and caffeine! Please ensure you have filled out your Consent forum via email prior to your appointment and have any questions ready so Jas can get started right away.
Post-Powder Ombré Care
• Avoid washing treated area for the first 24 hours
• After the 24 hours wash with mild soap and water, pat dry
• Keep the area lightly moist using a Q-Tip and Aquaphor ONCE a day for 3-5 days
• If slight flaking appears on pigmented surface, do not remove by picking or scratching!
• You may experience light peeling on or around the 3rd day, this is normal
• Do not pick, picking can cause scarring and loss of colour
• Avoid the gym or sweating for 3-5 days following the appointment
• Avoid sun for 7 days following the appointment
• Avoid makeup on the brow area until healed
• Avoid Retin A, Glycolic Acids, Aloe, and Vitamin E products
• After you have healed, use a good sunscreen daily to help prevent premature fading of all procedures!
Our Policies
All Powder Ombré appointments require a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of $113 to book. Please send EMT to JAS@BROWGODJAS.COM
All Powder Ombré appointments will be held for 24 HOURS, if the deposit is not sent within the time period it will be offered to the next inquiry
If you cancel your Powder Ombré appointment (initial or touch up) less 48 HOURS before, you will have to send another deposit of $113 to rebook
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to sign the Consent Form
If you are more than 15 minutes late to your scheduled appointment (initial or touch up), your appointment will be CANCELLED and you will have to provide another deposit to rebook
